Elite level solution and product market fit. Compensation is low against industry standards, but work-life balance is fantastic. The key at Applause is landing the right territory - it is very challenging to outbound for new business, but if you have a customer that works for our model, you can build, build, build. Get through 2 years and get to that level and you can have an awesome career here.

Enjoyed my time here! Great place to learn the inter-workings of the Software Development Lifecycle. The company partners with many pillars of the tech world and you can learn a ton here. Interested to see how the AI revolution impacts Applause's future. Overall, good team and solid place to earn!
