Elite level solution and product market fit. Compensation is low against industry standards, but work-life balance is fantastic. The key at Applause is landing the right territory - it is very challenging to outbound for new business, but if you have a customer that works for our model, you can build, build, build. Get through 2 years and get to that level and you can have an awesome career here.

Enjoyed my time there. Was impacted by company wide layoffs. The sale was hard and very few people were going to hit quota, but a lot of that seemed due to the economic current conditions.
