Current Employee Since the NTT acquisition the sales culture has drastically declined. The quota structure is outrageous and doesn't incentivize closing new business. It is very difficult to work cross functionally with the existing NTT sales teams, Pay is way below market, our services have fallen behind the market from a competitive standpoint.
The existing Apisero sales leadership is fantastic and some of the best people to work with/for I have ever experience. Its just sad that they hold no power within NTT and NTT has taken such a great thing and torn it apart.
