Former Employee My overall experience was not the greatest. The culture was the main driving factor of this. We were very micromanaged and when you did crush sales you were not compensated great if it did not align with the specific beer, they were trying to sell that month. You were not really able to find a solution or fix an issue for the customer, you were forced to sell what Anheuser-Busch deemed was most important not what the customer was truly looking for.
