My overall experience was not the greatest. The culture was the main driving factor of this. We were very micromanaged and when you did crush sales you were not compensated great if it did not align with the specific beer, they were trying to sell that month. They were FMCG company where's there's no sales cycle, also its very fast paced that were non existing training and always on the go. We used to work some weekends if the end of the month was on weekends, to hit monthly quota, even if i met my goals, we have to do it for the team.
