From my perspective, the high ratings for culture and leadership at Angi make sense; the supportive environment has been a huge asset for growth and teamwork. However, inbound lead opportunities feel limited, which might impact hitting targets consistently and drive the need for stronger lead sources to meet the enterprise team's potential.

They are making changes. Returned the comp plan to something more reasonable, streamlining the workforce. It's all still fresh changes but looking forward to seeing what's next.
