Current Employee My overall experience has been positive. I have great leaders in my direct up line and I get to sell a product that is a market leader and in demand. I have great customers and the ability to be of service and bring value often. In my tenure I have endured many growth periods and I do not feel like our compensation structure has grown with us. I was able to make more in previous years for a simpler job. With growth also came more kpi/metrics driven sales process, but if you're an independent worker that is driven to succeed this won’t bother you. Our workload can be overwhelming at times, but the flexibility of the role combined with my direct manager keep me here.
