Biggest gripe is the CEO needs to take in some PE money so growth can go beyond 10%/year and we can take over as the 800lb gorilla in the marketplace. He's unwilling to do so and maintains too much control over decisions frankly and it impedes our ability to grow faster and make better business decisions.
