Great culture but compensation was not competitive, really tough sale in a very complex market and I have heard HR is not open to change. They use glass door ratings for base comp but don't account for the type of sale or industry.

Overall, it is an amazing company to work for. Hard work and initiative are recognized, and most of your book of business as a rep will come from outbound solicitation efforts. You are very well supported and recognized by the sales team and the org as a whole if you hit your quotas.
