Current Employee The primary driver of this change was a poor sales forecast and unrealistic budget. This was validated with a significant reduction in sales budget for 2025. The IC Plan has also been significantly adjusted and now reflects incentives/de-incentives for KPI attainment - for example - hit 12 meetings per week average in 13 weeks or get a deduct from IC earnings.
