Very hard to succeed in this organization. Has a global presence but the US and UK are not aligned. It is a very good product, but very expensive. Always a nice to have never a need. Organizations never have budget set aside for this tool, so ROI is needed to be built out for almost every deal. Very long sales cycle, daily prospecting is needed to maintain a healthy pipeline. Very hard to win.

Overall, Adthena is a good company to work for. The product is top of the line and the people really help each other succeed. Leadership at times feels scattered and due to its smaller size as an company, the sales org doesn't feel stable.
