Some nice people decent culture but nothing around commission is transparent. They are more concerned with culture over making sure reps get paid. Tough industry

My overall experience with my direct manager was very good. He provided me the support needed to be successful in my position. He was not a micro manager and provided clear goals on a quarterly basis.
