Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Addressable has a unique product that can do what it says it can do. The support structure is poorly set up so clients die on the vine. The product is constantly innovating, but the direction gets murky with a defined end goal (IPO). Compensation structure changed 6 times in a year and a half, slowly degrading. The high performers have to work incredibly hard. You have to source essentially every lead if you’re new. PTO is lenient and leadership is cool. Benefits are solid but it’s a series A so not great. 50-50 it turns into something worth a lot of money
