I'm seeing a lot of awful reviews and I have no idea why. I've been part of their SDR team for about 6 months - reasonable expectations, amazing manager and VP, already seen multiple SDRs promoted to AE. Comp is fair, 100% remote. They're very hands off - just an hour meeting per week and an end of day 15-min check in. Love the flexibility, they are a scrappy startup and change things when they're not working. I actually like that the SDR managers prospect too - keeps their finger on the pulse of what's working / not.

This job was a joke. “Leadership” was just SDRs that had high activity and thrown into a role. No one had a clue what they were doing. CEO was also so unprofessional I couldn’t even begin to repeat the things that were said to me as an employee here. Culture is non existent, if you want to be treated like a literal dog, this is the place for you. No real sales team....Read More

This job was a joke. The CEO is involved in the sales organization with absolutely zero sales experience or knowledge on how to run a sales org. Hired a CRO and they were fired within the same week.
