Leadership is great, operations are very flaky. It is very hard to push a project forward here. Leads used to be good but now there are barely any.

good company for the customer , terrible for the rep. Even as a top preformer I was not making quota and being treated terribly about it . I worked 70 hr plus weeks for over a year and they didn't want me to take xmas off and threaten to fire me . All the other companies pay 3x the amount and give you a base salary .
