Low inbound leads, want you to generate 95% of your leads. Install team often sabotages sale or configures it for more profit on their side by adding and deleting items from order. Has declined over the years I’ve been here.

I was working for an ADT distributor doing door to door sales. The work was extremely brutal to even make basic sales. The absolute worst sales model is knocking doors. I didn't know that then, but I certainly learned. Pay was good for each sale, it was getting the sales and meeting goals that was the problem.
