Very lax . No base salary . The product does sell itself with inbound leads being called for the service which replaces the need for them to give base salary as you are guaranteed "warm" appointments as you are close to quota per month.

For being relatively new to the sales industry I found it hard to strike a strong start here as most of your business will be from referrals. There is good opportunity to earn a good living for those who are willing to sacrifice time with their family. Working 10-12 hour days and six days a week is common.
