Grit. Insight. Strategic Thinking.  That’s what it takes to be a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Suzy. You’ve sold licenses and exceeded quotas at market research, marketing, or technology companies before. You know how to navigate complex customer organizations and are excited about transforming data and insights into actionable strategies for some of the biggest brands in the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full life-cycle sales process from prospecting through closing, leveraging deep insights into customer needs to tailor effective solutions.
  • Recommend data-driven solutions to prospects based on their unique requirements, prepare and present proposals, and manage the process through to contract execution.
  • Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to strategically approach key accounts and maximize resources for winning business.
  • Use a consultative selling approach to understand complex customer needs, manage sales objections, and strategically align solutions.
  • Deliver impactful product demos that showcase our value proposition, using insights into the audience's specific pain points and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records, forecasts, and pipeline data in Salesforce.com.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage market and customer insights to identify sales opportunities.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales strategies, including prospecting through cold-calling, social outreach, and email.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills; able to balance outreach, meeting preparation, and pipeline management effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to uncover and understand customer needs deeply and tailor pitches accordingly.
  • Experience autonomously managing a book of business, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Confidence in handling objections and closing deals by using a data-driven and insightful approach.
