Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Threaded Prospecting
- Use video, email, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers.
- Craft compelling, standout messaging that resonates with Ecommerce professionals.
2. Personalized Outreach Expertise
- Leverage tools like Loom and Vidyard for customized messaging.
- Tell powerful, data-driven stories showcasing Triple Whale’s unique value.
3. Data-Driven Outreach
- Use insights from our platform to identify high-potential prospects.
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies for better engagement.
4. Client Discovery & Relationship Building
- Build trust and rapport with potential clients through consultative conversations.
- Be a brand ambassador, educating and exciting prospects about Triple Whale.
5. Collaboration and Adaptability
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts.
- Adapt quickly to market trends and evolving client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in sales, ideally in SaaS or Ecommerce.
- Creative Prospecting: Strong track record with email and video-based outreach (Loom or Vidyard experience is a plus).
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to build authentic connections.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools like Apollo.
- Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple outreach threads and follow-ups effectively.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and development.
