The Opportunity

What You’ll Do:

• Generate Growth: Leverage MindGym’s database and your network to build new opportunities, expand warm accounts, and secure high-value deals.
• Inspire Change: Present our innovative solutions in ways that provoke, excite, and deliver measurable results.
• Close Deals: Manage a 2–12 month sales cycle, closing deals from $50k to $1M.
• Drive Value: Equip clients to build consensus and take action, ensuring lasting impact.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in consultative B2B sales, with a track record of achieving $1–2M+ quotas.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to work semi-autonomously.
• A passion for people-focused solutions like performance management, management development, and more.
