Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Sr Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the sales cycle and qualification to close deals and manage client relationships within the US, with help from our lead generation, marketing, and sales engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, a strong understanding of IT solutions relevant to mid-market and enterprise businesses, and the ability to articulate the value proposition of AI-powered solutions to business decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the US, focusing on companies with revenue between $250M-$5B.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including quarterly and annual quotas, with a focus on acquiring new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our AI Agents, tailoring your pitch to the specific needs and challenges of mid-sized and enterprise businesses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., solutions architects, and project managers) to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet the unique requirements and budget constraints of clients.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales activity, using salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and deals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to both Beecker.ai and the client.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to businesses, particularly in AI, and leverage this knowledge to position Beecker.ai as a trusted advisor.
- Travel expected for client meetings, relationship and rapport building, and industry events
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in B2B technology sales, focusing on the US mid-market. Enterprise business experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in IT services or consulting
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting sales quotas in a tech sales environment.
- Experience selling automation, RPA, or AI solutions
- Knowledge of RPA, IPA, or cognitive automation technologies ideally
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Experience with Manufacturing, CPG, and Retail verticals is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required.
