Job Description

We are Plexus, a global legal tech business, and we’re on a mission to transform the value of legal services. Our products are loved by over 200 of the world’s leading brands including L’Oréal, Coca-Cola and Nike. We are a global organisation with offices in North America, Europe and Australia.

We have big plans for our product and its future. As such, we’re seeking enthusiastic and ambitious sales people to join our team and support our ongoing journey in the US. You’ll learn, contribute and celebrate success with a dedicated team of people all pulling in the same direction. 

Working as part of a highly effective sales function, this role is vital for the growth and ongoing expansion of our ambitious business. Following a robust training program, you’ll be the first voice for our products in the market, with direct contact to our diverse pool of global clients. 

What you will be doing:

  • Honing your craft and learning from the best by shadowing our expert Sales Directors. Witness real-world deal-making and master the art of successful business development
  • Becoming a lead magnet for Plexus by partnering with Marketing to enhance your social media skills and attract qualified leads
  • Turning prospects into legal champions
  • Showcase how legal automation can transform the way businesses operate
  • Unlocking deals by securing meetings with high-level decision-makers like General Counsels. Uncover their pain points and demonstrate how Plexus is the solution.


You will be:

  • Taking the next step in your sales career, with at least 12 months experience developing your SDR skills
  • Eager to develop your career in tech, specifically the fast-paced world of SaaS sales. 
  • Interested in building relationships, educating and engaging your customers by providing an exceptional experience.  
  • An outstanding communicator with broad negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • A professional focused on growth and optimising sales potential and brand reputation.
  • Resilient, with the ability to effectively manage your time and effectively manage the demands of a sales role.
