What You'll Do:
Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way
Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Aisera buying cycle
Qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting for mid-market and some enterprise organizations
Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts to fill your funnel
Research accounts, identify key players and build relationships
Demonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align value to customers pain points
Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects while generating pipeline for the business
What You'll Need:
2+ years of sales experience
Salesforce experience required
Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals
Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizations
Experience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospecting
Understanding of sales process and move accounts through sales stages effectively
Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals
Proven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging
Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome
Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving passion and service orientation
Show independence and flexibility in dealing with change management
Ability to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources
Composed, poised and professional demeanor in all situations
Strong problem-solving and service orientation

Experience selling CRM SaaS a plus
3-10yrs of experience in Enterprise Account management and sales
