Poor culture without a clear vision from leadership. Base salary of 65k is lowest in the industry. Employee benefits have decreased year over year. Commissions are locked until certain criteria are met, even if you exceed quota. New product rollout is always a mess and leads to customer dissatisfaction. Low morale across the organization with little hope.
