I work within the specialist sales role at VMo2. My experience has been mostly positive as the work to life balance combined with the earning opportunity are both excellent. However internal politics and IT systems make the job very frustrating at times and anything outside of the main business lines are not valued by the SLT which leads to uncertainty within my job role future prospects.

Pay plan and target reviews to ensure commission is kept low. Poor senior leadership right at the top which feeds a sterile working environment, but the business itself tries to foster inclusivity. 100% remote working if you want it.
