Overall company culture is great. Sales leadership takes no feedback and can make the role annoying. Sales team can only sell our cheapest product. Exec team slowly becoming toxic as a result of over-hiring and underperforming.

Start up, little growth opportunities, most companies that are ICP have already been reached out to for years, pay is ok, great flexibility, and everyone that works there is nice.
