- Paid in USD, Timely Payment and Reimbursements - Fully Remote Work - Great Coworkers (NOT Management) - Useful network, "prestige" of working at a Unicorn for exit opportunities - Idea is fantastic - I was duped at first, like many others.
Cons
- Toxic/ Inexperienced Management managing experienced people with ego. Expect you to agree with HQ or face ostracism. Micromanagement on a microscopic level. - Frequent Restructuring/Firing for arbitrary reasons/Office Politics - Pushing staff to sell shifty deals to buyers, burning lot of bridges and creating further trade inefficiencies - Product/Platform doesn't work / no value added. All hot air. - Poor reputation in the Industry for extremely late payments, shady business practices, double standards. "We can't pay the supplier because we haven't been paid yet" - Yet your entire business model is based on eliminating these risks to our stakeholders. - Constant price shopping exhausting supplier/client goodwill, overpromising. - Almost weekly changes in PIC/KPI/projects/priorities - PURE CHAOS justified as a "startup" - Treats staff like commodities, all the good people leave. - Toxic
