Current Employee The project opportunities/leads in this role are plentiful, but the sales staff isn't always set up for success. Expectations in this role include upfront sales, closing deals, account management, project management, light design work, some CSS responsibilities, and a TON of demo/sample drop offs/deliveries. LONG sales cycles and plenty of 50-60 hour weeks logged. 1 sales trainer for the entire company with a training program that leaves a lot to be desired. Hires new to the industry struggle and often flame out in a year.
