Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The base pay is very low, and the OTE is extremely low with a very high quota (over $10 million annually). DEI initiatives are virtually non-existent. The only perk is remote work, but remote employees are excluded from team-building events, lunches, and similar activities. There are no employee recognition programs, and PTO accrues so you have none when you start. The cherry on top is that they announced they were acquired 1 month ago and now jobs are precarious at best.
