Adding more AE's when existing ones aren't meeting quota. It was great as a smaller team, but scaling headcount risks undermining everyone's ability to consistently achieve quota beyond a single quarter.

Scribe has huge inbound demand and solves a painful problem for customers. We're growing quickly and the team is consistently exceeding targets. I have high confidence in leadership.
