Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Even a company with a stellar product can falter if plagued by poor leadership, culture, lack of transparency, persistent IT issues that adversely affect the sales team’s ability to close deals, and an unrealistic comp plan. The products and engineers are terrific, as are many employees in the company including the two frontline managers, but the platform was in dire need of an upgrade relative to the cloud-based industry standard. At the time, a significant effort was being made to transition to a new platform but until then, the sales team carried too heavy a load with customer support and the constant IT issues that arose to spend the time needed on commission-generating activities. I encourage leadership to listen to the field and be receptive to change or the constant turnover may continue. Browse Other Reviews
