This is an organization in decline with 8 or 9 straight quarters of declining sales, the culture for the sales team was "sell or leave", but the weight of failed past projects prevented customers from moving ahead with new business. Great company but challenging place to work in sales. Enablement not keeping up with product development, comp on the low side and high turn over in presales.
