Amazing talented and brilliant engineers, architects, customer success and sales teams. Private equity buyout changed everything, with massive debt, continual cost cutting, hiring exec leadership to drive exit strategy rather than customer focused investments. Great company went downhill fast and continues struggling with aggressive off-shoring, high turn-over and poor customer experiences.

Some sellers work really hard to deliver, sometimes the business can not deliver due to silent layoffs and lost institutional knowledge. It had some structural problems characteristic of a lot of orgs that size, but clearly choose strong leadership, and the company culture is positive and healthy.
