Technology is unparalleled but the middle management to director level is very lacking in market need and knowledge of product. Be very aware that you will learn more on your own than from your manager.

Best product in the BPH space. Quarterly quotas make it extremely difficult to replicate success unless your capital rep is dropping robots consistently. Less than 20% of reps hit quota

Good technology - comp plan was reasonable but quotas were very high. Most reps do not consistently hit their number and fall well below OTE. High rep turnover.
