Former Employee2.3Nov 5, 2024My overall experience was not the best! Our VP of sales got fired my first day on the job. We ended up hiring a fractional VP of sales who changed our entire comp plan. 0% of reps reached quota once new comp plan was in place. He also let go of the entire SDR team (9) and fired the SDR manager. Turned all AE into full cycle. Company does not value your opinion.
