Overall experience was good but ended prematurely due to RIF. Value based selling is a challenge due to the transactional nature of the type of accounts I was prospecting (Carrier/Wholesale). Little interaction with others in terms of professional development and strategic brainstorming. A very challenging role but the team is great and the company culture was really good.
