Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience was just okay. The base compensation is great for the first year but goes down during your second year to incentivize you to sell more. This becomes an issue as the deal cycle can take anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. Leadership is lacking. They churn through Sales managers every year which does not incentivize current seasoned reps to step up and move into that role. There is a disconnect in leadership since this company has a German HQ. There are very rigid rules and processes within this company that would make no sense to an outsider until you drink the Kool-Aid. If the CEO does not like you, she will fire you with no warning. If you are struggling to hit quota there are no PIPs and they terminate without warning. It's a very technical role that requires extensive knowledge of manufacturing. All reps are expected to demo the product, there are no pre-sales consultants dedicated to doing so.
