Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Mothership has a great service to offer companies that have freight they need to ship. The company is very picky about what customers they allow on the platform which handicaps the team. The CEO is a visionary and really believes in the product, but the other levels of sales leadership leave a lot to be desired. Egos definitely get in the way of progress. Other job review sites will paint a picture of high turnover and constant reinventing of the wheel.
