Application to offer was quick process. Leaderships cares about us as individuals and work to makes sure we feel valued. There is an unmatched level of trust and transparency from leadership. We stress visiting our customers to gain a better understanding of their businesses so we can better learn to serve them. Leadership works to provide us to tools and data needed to better perform our roles, while working to improve in places to excel.

In my short tenure here, the culture has been great. There is opportunity to make good money and the team is incredibly supportive. It's rare to find a sales org that actually wants everyone to succeed.

I love working at Mangomint. We are aiming to be the best, and hold the sales organization to that standard. The team is remote, but remains very engaged and we are always looking for ways to improve. I really enjoy everyone I get to work with as well, super excited and high energy team. It's great to occasionally get together in person as well. Love it here!
