To be in Lonza for a long time you have to play the corporate politics. Sales quotas are achievable and required many steps to close a big sale. Legal team is not well versed.
HR is notorious for lying to new hires about the job description make sure you speak to the last rep to know what is really the job duties. HR is not there to help you rather HR is there to make you leave the company. Lack of ethics is big at Lonza .
