GREAT!!! The field we are in is known to be competitive, there is no such thing as an inbound lead, everything you build, you build from the ground up. You are not handed accounts, you have to find them. Nothing comes to you, you have to hunt. If that isn't you then no staffing company is for you. If it is you, you will impact peoples lives positively, make money hand over fist, and help others do the same in their career.

It's a great place for a early career professional wanting to learn the business. It's a big box shop, so you aren't going to get the top dollar on commission, but the training is there and you can make your way into a boutique after if you want a crack at higher commission rates
