Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Jabil is a great company at a macro level - Fortune 100, lot of big company benefits, stock doing well, lot of folks around 20+ years. Most of the leadership at a micro (business unit) level are selfish and self absorbed, there is no talent awareness or training or mentoring what so ever. A very "every man for himself" company. Very little room for growth in sales. You can get paid well coming in, but that is also basically your ceiling. There is zero effort, in the sales org, to develop and mentor a talent bench. Sad for such a large company.
