The manager that hired me was fired the day before I started, was told I would have a choice of the team I worked on and then was placed somewhere I didn't want to be, it was an all new business role in a market where agencies represent an overwhelming majority of ad spend so if you don't have agency relationships it's going to be cold-calling small mom and pop shops that don't have a budget to do anything, nepotism on the team/at the station, rules that apply to some do not apply to all, way too many different processes and things to do in order to get anything done (orders submitted, creative made, etc.) Browse Other Reviews
