100% commission. Too many reps competing for the same pie. Little to know inbound leads. Poor training. 401k match was removed at the hint of a recession and not brought back.

The first year a front loaded base is provided, that dwindles as the year goes on to a 100% commission format. There is great earning opportunity at iHeart, but with no base salary and minimal bonus/incentives, you better know how to sell and be very self driven or you should probably go somewhere else.
