The first year a front loaded base is provided, that dwindles as the year goes on to a 100% commission format. Accounts in CRM are a bit like the wild wild west and prospecting for companies that have significant marketing budget that make out reach worth while are usually already taken. It can be tough to build a new book of business that can support a 100% commission structure in a reasonable time frame before your guarantee runs out.

Earning potential is good if you are a hunter. Must sell, build, manage, and re-sell. Leadership can be impulsive, but lets you do your thing if you are hitting your numbers. No 401K match, and no bonus structure for sellers.
