Very aggressive micromanagement fear based culture. The Coronavirus of places to work, would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Zero flexibility, in office only, no work from home, strich check in time, EVERYONE must take lunch at the same time. To be part of the independent distributor market is very good pay vs other sales roles in electronic industry, however companies tend to be smaller, lack of strategic planning and well thought long term decisions and this one in particular has a toxic enviroment with micro management issues, most of the things are decided by the owners

Overall the industry can be lucrative. Would not recommend working here due to the unprofessional nature of the company leadership. Majority of employees are treated like property if they are not related to the ceo.
