Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great company with amazing technology and great brands. A dominant player in the eye care space. Went through a merger/integration 2016-2022 where the Italians took over. They have an extremely centralized management process. Literally EVERYTHING must be approved by someone in Italy. It’s bizarre. You can have a great life but you’ll never “kill it” as in make $300k+ like in other sales roles like SaaS or med device.
