My overall experience was very hit or miss. - Base Salary was really good for me and those hired in the same time-frame, but others hired prior did not have same Base. - Comp Plan was OK. - Internal communication amongst various teams and regions were poor. There were a lot of question marks on which teams were handling certain accounts and opportunities.   - CRM was a MESS. Duplicate Data for accounts made it incredibly difficult to determine primary account and led to greater confusion among teams and account ownership. - eLearning Solution and Content were solid, but migration to updated platform did not go well for larger clients and took 8 months longer than expected to complete for all clients. - Sales Leadership had great ideas, but Senior Leadership made adjustments to sales organization that took a few steps back in terms of sales Account Management. (No Account Executive hit quota in 2023, when more than half hit quota in 2022) Company is great at what they provide, but the sales organization has a few things to get sorted.
