CFO recently left and noticed a lot of budget cuts in the last year.
Reps used to be hired on with more sales experience now it’s mostly fresh grads with MAYBE an internship.
During my time at CT multiple reps left prior to their $10k/18month sign on bonus as well as multiple reps who have been here for years - not a good sign.
BUT the work life balance is great, pediatricians are awesome clients and free company car is nice Browse Other Reviews
