Good company, mix with FF is beneficial, lots of Rahrah from top leadership, but alas it's the main thing they can do to help. High turnover due to pure commission.

My overall experience was that there’s a lot of favoritism that’s going on and a lot of leads moved to managers. They even want to charge you if it’s a self gen lead. Overall on paper the pay looks good, but it’s really not.

My overall experience at boundless was great. Great competitive commission structure for setters. Setters were paid fairly and rewarded well. Best commissions for closers that I’ve seen within the industry.

Independent contractor commission only role at a sales org, with limited sales training, but very competitive pricing / commission structure and strong relationship with largest installer in the industry.
