Former Employee My overall experience was that of a diminishing return for the last ten years of employment. Ill-fated, misguided management nearly sunk the company.
Scandal associated with federal fines that were levied and massive legal fees incurred for illicit behavior from management led to commission cuts for high earning salespeople to pay for the indiscretions. All of this leading to de-incentivizing productive sales people.
The first ten years were very enjoyable and profitable for those of us who were leaders in sales. Mismanagement, DEI, and competitive incompetence caused the best salespeople to go elsewhere. A once good opportunity is now a haven for mediocrity.
